Easy Vanilla Protein Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS: ½ or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ½ cup fat free cream cheese, 4 tsp. sugar (or sweetener of your choice), 2 tsp. milk. DIRECTIONS: Mix everything together thoroughly in a bowl and eat as-is.

So this is Day 3 of the Fat Bomb Experiment !

My curiosity got the better of me this morning, so I ran to the club to weigh-in, and I’d already lost 1.8 lbs since it began.  I’m seeing my legs get more cut as well as my abs.

In these past two days, I haven’t seen any changes in my glutes, but I’m still hoping !!

My energy level is still way up there — I don’t think I’m going to have any problems in that department.  Last night after I drank my bomb, I fell quickly to sleep, but something woke me up around 2am and I couldn’t get to sleep until almost 4am.  I don’t know if it’s the fat bomb, or if I was just a little nervous about Karla coming .. I’ve heard so many good things about her— I was extremely excited to meet her !!

CONGRATS !!! all my friends who are LOSING WEIGHT or reaching your goals this week !!!

This week, I’ve seen as much as 8 LBS lost in ONE WEEK using the Herbalife products !!!  3lbs lost, 5 lbs lost, 6lbs lost … inches lost, fat lost, muscle gained, “feeling energy” “feeling GREAT!!” ..”I’m seeing such good results, I’ve got my MOM drinking shakes, too !!”

Ok.. here’s an UPDATE on my FAT BOMB experiment:  I’m waiting to get two more Herbalife products in so it may take a few more days.  I DID get my pics on Saturday with my body fat% and muscle mass.. and I’m posting this one.   I’m getting compliments on my back/shoulders, which is leaning down and showing muscle pretty well now.  I have close-ups, too, but I’m not just thrilled to post my imperfections, until I get a fabulous “after” pic.  So this is all ya get right now.  And I took this one in the rain !!!  What I’ll do in the name of CURIOSITY !! I gotta know if it’ll work.  Me.  The human guinea pig =) —Kelley♥

So what’s going on ?? I’m gearing up to do another experiment with some of Herbalife’s products. It’s called the FAT BOMB…

It’s a recipe of different Herbalife herbs/products, that when combined, burn mega fat and at the same time build mega muscle.  I’ve seen some of my friends have major results by using it —- with some outstanding stats —- and I want to see if it will work for me.  And these changes that I’m seeing are not a small thing .. they’re HUGE !!  My normal weigh-in is on Saturday morning, so I’ll make sure and get a few pics of the abs and different areas of my body for comparison, as well as measurements.  I’ll post the recipe on Saturday and my thought is to begin on Sunday.  
In taking the Fat Bomb, my first dose of the recipe is immediately when I wake up.  The other dose is right before I go to bed.  And I’m told the key is to eat every three hours, no matter what.  
Saturday won’t work because I’ll have to travel for the scale measure without food, so that’s why I won’t begin until Sunday.  I’m pretty stoked to see what happens.  Wish me luck.  Right now, I’m gathering the ingredients !!

And just a reminder … I’m still drinking my shake in the morning along with my oatmeal … and still drinking my shake within 30 minutes of the end of my workout !!! That’s so important !!

Good, healthy lunch snack —- salad with turkey and cheese, tomatoes, olives, carrots and mushrooms

A shake in the afternoon at my hungriest time of day !!

And a large, healthy dinner .. grilled lean hamburger patty, half a whole wheat pita, spinach, tomatoes and mushrooms, cantaloupe, avocado .. and I splurged a little for a little bit of ff, sf yogurt from TCBY.

Herbalife is all about eating healthy, meal to meal to meal to meal.. day after day !!  And what does that do for you ??  It gets you to your goals !!!  A body of HEALTH & FITNESS !!  —-Kelley♥

Café Mocha Shake

Ingredients:
2 scoops Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
1/2 medium banana
2 teaspoons instant-coffee crystals
1 dash cinnamon
4 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Nutritional Analysis (with nonfat milk):
Calories: 275
Protein: 30 grams
Fat: 0.5 gram
Carbohydrates: 38 grams

Herbalife KIDS Healthy Shake Recipes

Creamy Nutty Swirl

Ingredients:

• 2 slightly rounded tablespoons Vanilla Herbalife Kids™ Shake mix

• 2 to 3 drops hazelnut extract or black walnut extract

• 8 ounces orange juice

• 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk

Equipment: Shaker cup or blender

Directions: Combine shake mix, orange juice, dry milk, and hazelnut

extract or black walnut extract in shaker cup or blender. Shake or blend until

all ingredients are well mixed.

Choco’nana

Ingredients:

• 2 slightly rounded tablespoons Chocolate Herbalife Kids™ Shake mix

• 1 small banana, or 1/2 medium to large banana

• 8 ounces 2% reduced-fat milk

until all ingredients are well mixed.
