I'm so excited to begin a new project: THE HERBALIFE TRIALS - 2012... so what does this mean? Beginning Monday, March 19, 2012, I'm going to begin using Herbalife products.. everything from protein and nutritional shakes, to multi-vitamins, cell activators, digestive cleanse.. to their 24 line of products including their new Restore capsules. First question? Do I sell Herbalife products ?? NOPE. Herbalife believes so much in their products that they are sponsoring me throughout the trials to use and evaluate their products ONLINE, with no censorship on my critique. I've agreed to use the products in the way they recommend, and with a genuine effort to "stick with it" throughout the trials. I'll be giving my opinions on taste, ease of use, energy levels reached, strength gains, whether I think the product works, if I have any side effects.. and will be showing skills assessments and body statistics to prove, one way or the other, whether their products improve my health and fitness levels, or not. I'll also be working with Herbalife's Wellness Coaches, to adjust my meal plan as seen by them, to best reach my goals. And in the fashion that I do things, I'll be, of course, posting pics of EVERYTHING I eat, every shake I drink, every pill I pop, every workout I do, cardio or lifting.. and how I feel about it. HEHEHhheh.... This is gonna be FUN !!! Do the Herbalife products really work to improve overall fitness ?? can they make an athletic person even stronger?? will it help reduce body fat AND improve/strengthen muscle at the SAME TIME ?? ... without me losing my ENERGY ?? I want to know. I'm a skeptic by nature --- And this is the way it has to be for me !!

My first project, PROJECT: Eats and Feats is now done and complete (September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011). This entailed taking a picture of EVERYTHING I put in my mouth that had any caloric value, so you saw WHAT I ate as well as HOW MUCH I ate, and well ... how many "cheats" (desserts for me). As well, I posted pics of each kind of workout I did per day .. including brutally honest body stats which fluctuated with my caloric intake/burn.... and the cool thing is.. I did it for 1 FULL YEAR !!! Lots of friends asked me how I lost the weight, and how I kept if off, so I thought I'd just SHOW you, each and every detail, so you could either do it too or you could have fun laughing at me !!
